If you are heading out to a tropical spot anytime in the near time to come I recomMend you break these sandals in before you go. I personally recomMend the single sole men's prime leather top and leather strap. That's right these flip-flops are made with a leather top and a rubber sole. This does not mean that they are not made to live at the beach and around the water. I have been wearing these flip-flops for 10 years and I have worn them to the beach, to go surfing, to go wakeboarding, while piloTAGe and around boats and water the enTire time. I could not be happier with these sandals, and all the habitancy I have converted are thrilled. I have convinced several habitancy to convert over to rainbows and none of them have ever gone back. I wear mine practically daily and I have just worn down my tenth pair. I will be staying with rainbows and would be heartbroken if they ever went out of business.
